Montage

Trip planning with Montage

A trip plan in Montage is one board: real photographs of every stop, short clips from people who have been, the stops pinned and routed on a map, the days laid out on a calendar, and the forecast for where you are going — instead of eleven browser tabs and a note app.

What the board gives you

Each stop arrives as a frame with a real photograph and the source it came from, so you are looking at the place rather than at a stock image of somewhere similar. Video from people who actually went plays inline.

The map pins every stop and can route them in the order the plan puts them, which is the shape an itinerary actually has. The calendar holds the days, and the forecast is for the destination, not for home.

Where to eat, without another tab

A montage pinned to a place carries a restaurant near it, with the name, the kind of food, a photograph of the actual restaurant, and a booking link. It is the question everyone asks about a trip and it does not need a second app.

Sharing it with whoever is coming

A published montage has one address. Send it and the link previews with the trip's own title and lead photograph; open it and everyone sees the same board, including the parts that keep themselves current.
